So I’ve had a different version of a Mobile Registry Editor for the Blackjack 2 available on here for sometime — I apologize for realizing it sucked so bad. Today I found an AWESOME mobile registry editor by the name of CeRegEditor. Has has all sorts of cool features like Find, Import/Export, Reg > Cab, and so much more. It’s very, very nice — and Free to boot!

Use this to help out implementing the hacks & mods and tips & tricks. This application runs in Windows (not on your Blackjack 2) and connects to your Blackjack 2 via ActiveSync.

You’ll only want to use this if you know what a registry and are comfortable making changes to it. Messing up the registry can sometimes cause your phone to stop working and require you to do a hard reset to revert it to its original & functional state.

coldrain – it sounds like your LG Incite is application locked. Try connecting to your LG Incite using CE RegEdit and going to Tools > Unlock Registry and see if you can modify the values after that.

so i was wondering how i can become more formilure with it so that i wont mess up my phone!

Kyndal – essentially, don’t change ANYTHING in the registry except for what the walkthrough youre following says to change :) Its not that big of a deal – just don’t go mucking around changing data in the registry without some guidance from a tutorial /walkthroughsomewhere.
