So to anyone with the same problem you must put exactly what you put in your owner information(only the name field) when you purchase led alerts thru qorefunctions. -also do not include hyphens in your owner name because this can cause a problem with the activation code. david– my led alerts app is now working, i had to inform qore functions that you have to fill out the ‘owner information’ section in your settings not your ‘device name’.
