This will not install on my Rogers Samsung Blackjack 2

I get this: Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.

And then my only option is "Done" from there.

If anyone knows what is causing this, or how to fix it...Please E-mail me at J0shinator@msn.com

Alternatively, you could install the CHome Configurator (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393104), enable the Battery panel under Settings & you would see the battery status. I like the Sliding Panel with Media Home screen better & this gives me another option for checking the battery power status.

For whatever reason, I'm no longer having the battery problem with WM6.1. It only lasted a few days and then everything went back to normal. I think I may have unknowingly had it constantly syncing with my desktop using my bluetooth adapter, but I'm really not sure. Anyway, it's working fine now.
