K7.net
Very cool FREE service that provides Voicemail and Fax that are delivered to you via e-mail. This is an excellent Web site/service if you’d like to receive fax messages on your Blackjack 2, or have people contact you without having your mobile number (make sure you have Caller ID blocking enable when you call them back though!)
Registration is quick and painless — You are issued a phone number that accepts:
- Voicemail messages
- Fax messages
When a Voicemail is received K7.net e-mails the voicemail to you as a sound file; Likewise, when a fax is received it sends a copy of the fax to yoru e-mail address.
The two caveats are:
- If a voicemail/fax is not sent to your phone number in 30 days the phone number may be turned off. At this point you can re-register and get issued a new phone number.
- Remembering your K7.net phone number.
