I recently flashed my bj2 with a custom rom for winmo 6.5 standard and the phone is running flawlessly. Actually the phone runs much faster than 6.1. Plus its a nonbranded rom. Straight winmo 6.5 no att filler.

So, do you want us to congratulate you, or beg for more info? Rather a meaningless post, unless you provide more details.

There's a way to upgrade to 6.5 and it is unbranded. only downfall is that you have to configurate the internet connection manually after the upgrade. Suggestion copy the info on Reamer's ICS cab about username and password, domain, connects to, or just simply take a look at your current connection settings. here is the upgrade.

And here is the Rom Builder

or you can use the flasher from the 6.1 Upgrade, just be sure to have the phone in download mode.
Please enjoy and here's the link to find anything about this upgrade

Hope this works for everybody.

Real easy actually.
-First go to the XDA thread. download the file from MEGAUPLOADS that says 1/15/10.
-After this extract the .rar to any folder. Open the folder and locate the active sync killer. Use it so you can kill activesync. turn of you phone and turn it on in downloader mode (volume up, back key and power on).
-Locate on your pc the folder in which you extracted the .rar a file called SGH_608.
-Open it and select PDA, select the rom. next select the two white boxes called Phone Ini and Phone Uploader then the box that says Select All.
-After this connect your phone to your pc using the usb cable. When the pc recognizes you phone, on your pc select start download.
And that's it. Now you have WinMO 6.5.
