Thanks pixels, I'll have to try this out. I actually haven't gone back to Facade because I love the sliding panels so much and I've noticed the new WM shows all day events, which was the reason I wanted Facade anyway.

One question though, what is the other cab file that says Icon Pack? What is the difference between the two? I assume the first one (CHomeConfig) is just the program itself.

Thanks! I downloaded this last week but have not been able to find a tutorial on it? I'm just looking for some simple instructions how to remove the EMAIL icon. Do you need to create a new panel?

Adding a new panel is rather easy. Open CHome Config, click Menu (Right Soft Key), select Panel, press the directional pad right to expand Panel, and select New. To add pages to the panel click Menu (Right Soft Key) again, select Page, press the directional pad right to expand Page, and select New. Keep adding pages to your new panel as you see fit.

As for deleting the specific panel you are referring to, make sure it has an asterisk out to the right side of it in CHome Config. If not, you cannot edit or delete it from there. You will have to app unlock the phone with SDA and edit the cpr file or registry manually. At least taht is my experience thus far. Someone please correct me if I am incorrect.

On this website they show an example of how to put device lock on the panel… does anyone know a link that would make this possible?

Aye, you need to call fexplore.exe (File Explorer) then give it the path to the folder you want it to open.  For example your Action URL (or Softkey 2 URL) should be: \Windows\fexplore.exe; \My Documents\My Sounds to open the My Sounds folder.

This can be done via the CHome Configurator, but given the amount of typing (I could only find backslash by holding down the space key and selecting it from the alternative characters) I would advise using Mobile Registry Editor and doing it from your PC after you create the Panel and Pages in CHome Config.

I've been messing around with the CHome configurator a bit and still have not been able to figure out how to Add a Customized Message Panel like the default "Home" panel including "Missed Calls, Voicemail, SMS, and Primary Email account, but NOT the outlook express page.

I figured out that it is going to have to use MSINBOX but not sure on what the URL should be to open my Earthlink Mail.

So basically I just want to have the default "CHome" panel just without the outlook page

Any advice? Thanks
