when i push the start button nothing comes up like an empty file so i cant do much about displays color scheme ect. if reset it 4 times but still nothing :P any 1 know whats up

if you're using sliding panels, you can scroll down to your profiles pane and click the righ soft key to bring up the settings tab.  Not sure, but you may have to do a hard reset, which will restore your phone to factory default.  You will loose all data though.
