I'm trying to install the MoDaCo GPS & App unlock, and whenever I try to install it, I get a message error saying

Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.

I tried installing other CAB files and those are fine, just this file gets this message.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution to it?

Hey wackchin

You may want to try and install the SDA aplication unlocker (click here), try and install this first and follow these instructions below

1. Download the SDA unlocker from above
2. Connect your phone to your computer via active Sync
3. Once connected start SDA unlocker from computer
4. Hit the unlock button it should instantly unlock your phone
5. Restart your phone…you will not notice any changes dont worry
6. Now try and install Modaco GPS hack
