OK my wife is using my old BJ2 and now it has started to randomly go blank, the screen will go white and nothing will work.


we can even restart the phone (pull the battery out) and it will still start up with the white screen but some times if you just leave it alone and hit the one button or tap the power buttonm, to turn the screen back on it will work again (with out restarting it)


I am very confused.

Is there anything keeping you from performing a hard reset (reformat?).  If you have nothing major to lose, just do that and see if it helps.  If you can actually get the phone to stay on, backup your contacts and other data and then hard reset.
