Indie mobile is a great site that offers FREE (mostly electronica) ringtones.
The offerings are VERY limited as the site only offers ringtones by independent artists (which is how they are able to offer them free of charge). You most likely won’t have heard of 99% of the artists, but its free, so why not check it out?
