OS X Leopard Theme
I’ve created a OS X Leopard Theme for the Blackjack 2. The theme is FREE to use — I hope you enjoy!
This theme will work for any Windows Mobile 6 Smartphone (non-touchscreen, 320×240 pixel resolution) — Example: Samsung Blackjack II, Motorola Q9, etc.
How to install the OS X Leopard Theme

** PLEASE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE OR LINK DIRECTLY TO THE THEME ZIP FILE **

I successfully loaded the leopard theme on my motorola q, however, there is a white bar overtop of the dock area with the icons on top of the white bar, any ideas on how to remove the white bar so the “dock” area is visible?

Any idea why my signal strength disappears on my home screen?

Heibertd,
Thanks for catching that — I fixed the problem by setting the MRU plugin to have a transparent background. The updated files are available at the above Download link.

awesome theme!
However, I don’t like how I lose my IM icons like I have on the AT&T default theme. Any fixes for this?
July 14th, 2008 at 7:19 pm
British Kid,
If you use the AIM program alot, it should show up in the recently used program icon bar at the bottom almost all the time though.
Unfortunately not .. There just isnt room on the theme to put anything else.

well, I like how I get flashing icons if I’ve got a new IM in each program (AIM, MSN, or Yahoo), and just the IM program icon doesn’t seem like what I want, but I’ll give it a try.
Thanks anyway!

Could I still put a custom backround?

somedude,
Yes – you can use your own background with any theme on this site. You select the enw background image using the Settings > Display > Home Screen > Background image.

Will this work on a Motorola Q Version Windows Version 5.0?
August 25th, 2008 at 12:54 pm
neztik, Im not sure — i think it should but im not 100% positive. I dont have ae WM5.0 phone to try the theme out on.

This is pretty cool. Question though. Is there anyway I can chance the Apple logo with my wife’s name?
August 26th, 2008 at 10:38 pm
Yeah, You’d have to edit the OS X Leopard.jpg found on your phone in /Application Data/Home … You could copy that file to your computer, Photoshop it up, and copy it back to your phone. Beware that the missed call icon appears to the LEFT of the apple logo when you have a missed called.

How do I get to turn bluetooth on or off with this theme?
September 26th, 2008 at 10:04 am
thaiboxer, you dont enable/disable bluetooth w/ this theme. you just goto your connection/wireless manager – usually this is available by tapping your power button and selecing “Wireless Manager”

THX a lot for THIS theme! May you have any idea how i craete the time in erupean form? instaed 3.00 PM -> 15.00? i allready change the language settings that works, but may some people want use it, like me, in there own Timezone.
It is possible the Dock make transparent for a Samsung SGH i600 what is the Blackjack in e.g. Germany. Registryhacks for example?
October 6th, 2008 at 8:39 am
cawe, if you edit /Application Data/Home/OS X Leopard.home.xml I believe you can find the “time” plugin and change the the time from 12 hour to 24 hour.
By “doc” you mean the dock at the bottom of the screen that all the icons sit on? That is actually just part of the background image so you wont be able to do that with registry hacks at all.

Thx for this theme, really looks great. Just curious, how would I go by in creating my own themes like these?
November 8th, 2008 at 5:08 pm
I really like this theme thanks for the work. One minor issue ,, the right button below the screen is now labeled “All Settings” but when I press it I get my contacts which is what that was labeled before. Did I do something wrong?

This is very nice. Heres a screen shot with it

And I agree with what Crogers45 says, I have that same problem.
Overall a 9.5 out of 10!

Nice theme, thanks! I had the same problem as the previous 2 posts, here’s how I fixed it…change your home screen back from OSX to ATT Default and make sure your display is reading contacts on the bottom right corner. What ever is there when you change to OSX will remain, i.e. All Settings if you scrolled down to the settings area. Once you have contacts on the bottome right, change back to OSX. Hope this helps.

When I get a voice message, the message line will not let me select just the voice mail link. Is this a common bug? Odd that no one has commented on this.

This is a fantastic theme, especially for a MAC lover like myself.
I previously used a Google designed theme, and this one takes the cake.
Thanks!

Is there a way to make it so that when you are at the bottom (on the dock), if you press down it goes to the top and if you are at the top and press up it goes to the bottom?
This theme is great.

I don’t know if it’s a common bug, but I’ve noticed it. It is the one annoying part of an otherwise great theme.
